How your cabin is made
Modern technology in woodworking and series production are a precondition for consistent material and manufacturing quality. STUDIOBOX produces in carpentry companies at two locations in Europe (GER, AUT). This means that even larger quantities can be delivered quickly and on time.
Each box is assembled once in our factory before delivery and checked for functionality and processing quality.
Load-bearing structure made of solid wood
STUDIOBOXes all have a solid load-bearing structure made of solid wood (fir tree/spruce). Most of the wood comes from Austria, where 48 per cent of the national territory is covered with forest. Around 80 per cent of the stock is coniferous wood.
Wood wool panels, wood slotted panels, medium-density wood fibre panels and other wood composite materials are also used. The multi-layer construction is generally low in metal.
Stable value & long service life
STUDIOBOX pays the utmost attention to the manufacturing quality of its mobile acoustic booths. Even with repeated assembly and disassembly (e.g. due to relocation), there is no loss of quality. Stability, sound insulation and room acoustic properties remain consistently high. This means that the boxes have a high resale value even after many years.
