Room acoustics
The low reverberation time, even in the low frequencies, and the linear reverberation time of the STUDIOBOX PREMIUM are audible and measurable. Important: There is no “dead space effect”. Three different, self-made absorber-reflector panels are mounted at an angle of 6-9° on the side elements and parallel to the ceiling.
The angled position of the panels and glass panes in the box prevents flutter echoes that can occur due to back and forth reflections between parallel walls. Room modes (cancellations or amplifications of certain frequencies) are also prevented.
Definition by means of
simulation programme
The quantity and distribution of the elements are determined using software (room simulation programme). This method can be used to specify the sound characteristics for rooms of different sizes and configurations.
Soundproofing
Functionality in detail
STUDIOBOX is a modular construction. The parts are joined together to form an acoustic booth and installed in the building to improve sound insulation. From the inside to the outside and from the outside to the inside.
